1. How to consult the data of Corail-Net ?
Whether you are adherent of the Genealogical Center of the Côtes d'Armor (CG22) or not, you can consult the data of Corail-Net while clicking on "Births", "Marriages" or "Death" button.
The information which you will obtain will be limited to the years, cantons, communes and patronyms.


2. How to consult the entirety of the data of Corail-Net via GeneaBank ?
If you are not (or not any more) adherent of CG22 or of an association partner of GeneaBank, you must fill the following form :
    Form of adhesion to association and request for GeneaBank access codes - year 2009.

You will receive in return your access code and your password.


3. How to obtain further information ?
To consult your account of points, to obtain information on the operations of GeneaBank or to consult the data of other affiliated associations : http://www.geneabank.org/

If you do not receive within a 'reasonable time' your parameters of access, you can contact the GeneaBank manager of the CG22 at :



4. Problems encountered with the GeneaBank Password

If you encounter difficulties with your GeneaBank password, you can contact the GeneaBank manager of the CG22, seen above.

Before doing it, think of well checking that you do not confuse one "zero" with the letter "O" or the figure "1" with the letter "L" lower-case or the letter "I" capital letter for example.

For returning your password well the first time, simplest is still to do one copy-to stick password, of your e-mail towards the zone envisaged by GeneaBank.
Your navigator can then memorize this password : for that, follow the indications of this page.

Will also know that you always have at your disposal the list of discussion of the CG22 :
http://fr.groups.yahoo.com/group/cg22/ on which intervene of many members of the CG22 which will be able to advise you for the use of Corail-Net.
Think in particular of using the function "Rechercher" because it is probable that your questions were already put.


5. Methods of attribution of the GeneaBank Points

Here are a few rules concerning the attribution of GeneaBank points :

  • The counters of the members of the CG22 are updated at each beginning of quarter (January, April, July, October).
  • The remaining points of the the previous quarter do not cumulate with the new credit.
  • A member who will have been registered in the course of quarter will see crediting with the total amount of the quarter.
  • The amount of the quarterly credit is decided by the Management Committee of the CG22 and can evolve in the course of year.

The initial quarterly attribution, which is of 500 points in 2007, will be re-examined with the rise in 2008.


6. Complementary services of the CG22

The "Centre Généalogique des Côtes d'Armor" (CG22) sets up a centralization of the genealogies of Côtes d'Armor, whose finality is :

  • the easy detection of "cousinages" (with setting in report of the "cousins
  • the creation of a data base of the collected marriages,
  • the creation of a Patronymic Repertory of the Côtes d'Armor (version supplements on CD-ROM).

You can ask CD-ROM of the Patronymic Repertory or send your genealogy, in the form of file GEDCOM for the search for cousinages, preferably in ZIP format, to

CG22 also proposes to its only members the sale of "BMS and NMD" (Birth, Marriage, Deaths) Tables of the communes of the Côtes d'Armor.
